The owner of Greengate Properties made contact with it'seeze websites after viewing our website portfolio. They felt their current website was looking tired and out of date. They wanted a fresher, more modern look. Their website provider was also becoming increasingly unreliable and because he lived abroad the support they were receiving for their website was minimal.
From the initial meeting with their local it'seeze consultant, Greengate Properties wanted their new website to function and reflect on a similar level to that associated with high end property businesses in London.
Approach to design
Greengate Properties were not able to supply their own photos, so the it'seeze design team sourced images that were both eye-catching and fitting with Greengate's colours. Combined with bold typography, it'seeze created a website that is instantly visually appeal.
Outcome
Greengate Properties are now able to independently update their website at any time. They can market new properties for sale or rent by adding pages with no additional costs. What's more, they now have a reliable, local consultant, who is on hand to provide face-to-face support whenever it is required.
