Bella Grace is a beauty business based in Acocks Green offering lash, nail, and tanning treatments.
Owner Jemma started the business in 2017, and created her own website for Bella Grace using a DIY site builder. However, she soon found that this was not as easy to use as she was promised, and struggled to produce and maintain a suitable online presence for her company.
