Working with local businesses across Birmingham, Sandwell, and the Black Country is always rewarding, and our recent project with Trinity Flo Limited has been a perfect example. Trinity Flo is a trusted roofing company based in Cradley Heath, serving clients throughout Sandwell and the wider West Midlands. They approached us after becoming increasingly dissatisfied with both their existing website and the level of service they were receiving from their previous agency. From our first meeting, it was clear that they were keen to improve their online presence and create a website that reflected the quality of their roofing work.
Understanding What Trinity Flo Needed
Before beginning any design work, we met with the Trinity Flo team to understand their goals and frustrations. They felt that their old website did not present their services clearly or professionally. It also lacked the structure and content needed to help potential customers in Cradley Heath and surrounding areas find them online.
During our discussions, they showed us examples of styles they liked and gave us a good sense of the brand image they wanted to portray. This early stage of collaboration helped us shape a clear direction for the new build. After considering the options, they chose our Max package, which provides an ideal foundation for a growing business. The Max package includes unlimited pages, the ability to add blogs, and the flexibility to expand the website over time as new services or case studies are added.
Trinity Flo supplied a generous collection of photographs, including before and after images of their roofing projects. These played a central role in the new design, allowing us to highlight the quality of their workmanship while also making the site more engaging for visitors.
Designing a Website That Showcases Their Work
Once the foundations were agreed, we moved into the design stage. The goal was to create a strong visual impact that would instantly reassure visitors of Trinity Flo’s professionalism. The new site features a large parallax banner on the home page, complete with a prominent enquiry form styled to match the company’s branding.
We also introduced distinctive shaped buttons, equal height sections with slanted edges, and a modern rollover image grid. These elements give the website a polished and contemporary feel without compromising usability. Sections with soft gradients help break up the content and improve readability.
A blend of the company’s own photographs and carefully chosen stock images adds balance and ensures the entire site feels cohesive. The colour scheme uses blues, yellow, white, grey, and black to align with Trinity Flo’s existing identity and keep the branding consistent across the website.
Expanding the Content for Better Local Search Visibility
A key part of this project involved strengthening the written content. Trinity Flo wanted to improve how they appeared in search results for roofing services in Cradley Heath, Sandwell, and nearby areas. To support this goal, we wrote and added multiple new service pages, each designed to give potential customers clear information while also improving the site’s search visibility.
These new pages help highlight the full range of roofing services they offer, from repairs and new roof installations to guttering, fascias, and emergency callouts. More detailed content not only helps visitors understand what the company provides but also increases the likelihood of ranking for relevant local search terms.
While we used a copy creation tool to support the writing process, we advised Trinity Flo to review each page and adjust any details to ensure complete accuracy for their business. This collaborative approach ensures that the content remains authentic and fully reflects their expertise.
A Smooth Experience and Ongoing Support
One of the most rewarding parts of this project has been Trinity Flo’s reaction to their new website. They were delighted with the final result and particularly pleased by how easy the Itseeze platform is to use. Being able to edit text, replace images, and update the site whenever needed was a significant improvement from their previous experience.
We continue to stay in close communication with the team, offering support whenever they need to make changes or add new content. As their business grows and evolves, the Max package gives them the flexibility to keep expanding the site without limitations.
